What we collect

• Order information you type at checkout: work email, company, contact name, Ship-to address, PO number and whether you have indicated a resale certificate.
• Quote requests you send us, which arrive as ordinary email because the quote form composes a message in your own mail client rather than posting to a server.

What we do not collect

• We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
• We do not collect or store payment card details. Card handling, when enabled, is performed entirely by our payment processor and card data never reaches our servers.
• We do not sell or rent contact information to anyone.

What your browser stores

Your cart — product codes and quantities only — is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a page reload. It is not transmitted to us until you place an order. Clearing your browser storage clears the cart.

Your name, address, PO number and email are not kept in your browser. When you place an order they go to our server, and the confirmation page reads the record back from us rather than from local storage. On this pre-launch environment that record is held in memory and is discarded when the site is redeployed.

How long we keep order data

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and then deleted. Quote enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once the enquiry is closed.

Your requests

Write to orders@cavendishdental.example to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory right of access or erasure, this is how you exercise it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it. This site is currently pre-launch, and its data practices will be reviewed again before it goes live commercially.
