Returns and warranty

What you can send back, what you cannot, and what happens when a unit fails.

Return window

Unused equipment in its original crate may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation; unauthorised returns cannot be received at the dock and will be refused.

Restocking

Returns of unused equipment are subject to a 15% restocking charge, and return freight is the buyer’s responsibility. We would rather tell you this plainly than bury it: an equipment return costs real money to process, and pretending otherwise just moves the cost into everyone’s prices.

If the unit is not what we specified for your stated workload, the restocking charge is waived and we cover return freight. That is our error, not yours.

Not returnable

  • Equipment that has been used, installed, plumbed or wired in.
  • Consumables, abrasives and electrolyte once the packaging is opened.
  • Items built or configured to order.
  • Anything returned without the original crate — the crate is the shipping container, and freight without it will arrive damaged.

Warranty

Equipment carries a twelve-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, covering parts. Wear items — nozzles, gauntlets, filters, heating elements and abrasive-path components — are excluded, as is damage from supply voltage outside the stated range.

A warranty claim starts with an email describing the fault and, where possible, a short video of the machine doing the wrong thing. Most faults on this class of equipment are resolved with a part rather than a return, and a video usually identifies which part on the first exchange rather than the third.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned unit is received and inspected, typically within ten business days of arrival. Freight charges already incurred are not refundable.
