Terms of sale
The commercial terms that apply to every order placed through this site.
Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to business purchasers only; this is not a consumer storefront.
Order acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. It becomes a contract when we confirm it in writing. We may decline an order — including after checkout — where stock, pricing or the suitability of the equipment for the stated use turns out to be wrong. Where we decline, you are not charged.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and freight. Published prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. Where a price is obviously erroneous, we will contact you rather than silently ship at the wrong figure.
Sales tax and resale certificates
Sales tax is calculated on the Ship-to address, in accordance with destination-based sourcing rules in most states. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate for the Ship-to state, indicate it at checkout and provide the certificate; we reconcile it against your account before releasing the order. An unsupported exemption claim will be re-invoiced with tax.
Purchase orders
A PO number entered at checkout is carried onto the invoice. Terms, conditions or requirements printed on a buyer’s purchase order form do not modify these terms unless we have agreed to them in a signed document.
Payment
Orders are payable at the time of order unless net terms have been agreed in writing in advance. Net terms, where granted, are net 30 from invoice date.
Title and risk
Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.
Intended use and regulatory responsibility
Equipment sold here is intended for use by trained personnel in a dental laboratory setting. We make no representation as to the regulatory classification of any device for any particular use; U.S. regulatory status varies by device class and intended use. The buyer is responsible for confirming that a device is appropriate and permitted for its intended use in its jurisdiction. Where a specific item’s status affects your purchase, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it in writing for that item.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the equipment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production or lost profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
