Why this unit
A stainless pressure vessel for polymerising denture bases, relines and repairs under heat and pressure at the same time. The lid clamps down on a single lever and seats against a gasketed rim, and the analogue gauge sits where you can read it from a seated position at the bench.
Heat and time are set separately: a digital thermostat holds the water bath and a mechanical timer runs the cycle, so a batch of flasks gets the same treatment whether it goes in at nine in the morning or last thing before you leave. That repeatability is the argument for a heated pot over a cold one — porosity in a finished base is usually a cure that drifted, not a material fault.
Chamber capacity, working pressure and supply voltage are confirmed against the factory build on your quotation rather than stated here, because this vessel ships in more than one configuration.
