Why this unit
An automatic injection system for thermoplastic denture materials. Cartridge temperature and soak time are set on the panel, and the pneumatic stroke fires on a fixed pressure profile rather than by hand feel — which is what makes the second case of the day match the first.
The heating chamber accepts standard cartridge sizes; the flask clamp mounts on the same rail so the injection axis stays aligned without re-shimming between cases. Chamber and clamp are separately removable for cleaning.
Suited to laboratories producing flexible partials, night guards and thermoplastic clasps in routine volume rather than occasionally.
